About Me
Hi, my name is Tamta and I’m from Tbilisi ,Georgia . I’m active, energetic, passionate and always on the lookout for new things to explore. My story begins in 2017, when a good friend of mine took me on ceramics workshops in Tbilisi and it was from that day when I fell in love with pottery. I soon found that working with clay was my calling. I spent several hours working in my studio.. Since I have a big family on my free time I always take to pottery as it helps me find balance and peace through the day. Ever since I took up Ceramics I’ve always been in search of more knowledge to deepen my mastery, so that I provide the best for my supporters. I’m a self-taught artist and I get most of my inspiration from nature. My technique is hand building mostly coiling. I hope that my hobby can turn into something bigger and something people would love. I currently live in Chicago, IL where I have a small studio.
